YOUR FEE COVERS FOOD,
ACCOMMODATIONS AND PROGRAM
North of Malibu, Gindling Hilltop Camp, is a unique
facility
on a coastal ridge, 750 feet above sea level, providing a
spectacular view of the ocean and the surrounding hills
and canyons. The camp provides a defi nite sense of
intimacy.
This retreat includes nine meals and three snacks
from
supper on Thursday April 14th through lunch on Sunday,
April 17th. The meals provide a varied menu for nonvegetarians
as well as vegetarians and the cuisine elicits
rave reviews.
Dormitory cabins (accommodate 6-8) include single
or
bunk beds and separate showers. Participants desiring to
camp in tents or recreational vehicles pay full registration
fee. There are a limited number of private and semiprivate
rooms available upon request, call to inquire.
Registration is on a fi rst-come basis and is
secured
with a deposit. Space is limited, early registration is
recommended. Registration will be confi rmed by mail.
Cancellations on or before Thursday, March 31st are
eligible for a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Deposits
are non-refundable after March 31st.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks following
the
retreat. Arrival and sign-in is between 4:00-6:00 pm on
Thursday and departure is at approximately 3:00 pm on
Sunday.
Participation is restricted to men age 18 and
older, and boys age 15-17 accompanied by an adult.
There will be a completion evening for those who
would
like to attend, Thursday, April 21st from 7:30pm – 9:30pm
A RANGE OF OPTIONS IN OUR FEE STRUCTURE...
Early Registration:
$470 for registrations postmarked on or before Monday,
February 28th. To qualify for this discount your deposit
must be postmarked by February 28 28th and your balance
of payment must be postmarked by Thursday, March
31st.
Regular Registration:
$495 for registration deposits postmarked after Monday,
February 28th with balance of payment postmarked by
Thursday, March 31st.
Returning Participant Discount:
If you have attended one or more of our weekend
retreats in the past you may deduct $25 from your total
registration fee.
New Participant Discount:
A limited number of half priced registration fees will be
offered to new participants, no further discounts will be
applicable.
Sponsor Participant Discount:
Deduct $100.00 for each new participant that you
enroll.
Group Discount:
Inquire about reductions in fees for group attendance.
Deposit Required:
A $175 deposit accompanying your registration form
reserves your space. No registrations will be held without
deposit.
